Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open attached file using direct link.
2. Start the video.
3. Hover the mouse over the video several times.
4. Open chrome devtools.
5. Switch to Elements.
6. Start observing HTML nodes by hovering the mouse on them.
7. You can see strange artifacts. They are possibly previous media player instances since the video is 90 degrees rotated.
