Hi. There is a issue in WebRtc, displaying ios video. I think is a browser render error. It only happens with ios. When browser is displaying the video captured by an ios, certain zone of the browser window gets buged. (For the image example: I have changed the browser tab and back and the zone still rendering the freeze image of previos tab)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. WebRTC
2. Capture video with a ios
3. Display it in chrome browser

What is the expected behavior?
Normal display

What went wrong?
Certain zone buged.

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.84  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
