Regression : Tick mark at selected wallpaper is seen missing in 'Set Wallpaper' overlay

Chrome Version:70.0.3511.0/10946.0.0 dev-channel Blaze,Reks and Candy
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> on screen Right click -> select 'Set Wallpaper' option
(2)In 'Set Wallpaper' overlay ->in any tab select any wallpaper(Ex:In 'Geometric shapes' tab select some X wallpaper) -> observe wallpaper is selected and tick mark is seen for selected one
(3)Now go to another tab(Ex: Life or Solid colors) and again go to selected wallpaper tab('Geometric shapes' tab) -> observe tick mark is seen missing for selected wallpaper

Expected: Tick mark should be seen for selected wallpaper
Actual: Instead tick mark is seen missing 

This is Regression issue seen as same is working fine in 69.0.3476.0
