RFE: create new user profile via cloning existing one

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Attempt to clone an existing user profile.

What is the expected behavior?
You can do this easily via the UI.

What went wrong?
You have to create a new profile, close Chrome, manually copy over a bunch of files from the pre-existing profile, then start Chrome again.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.84  Channel: stable
OS Version: Fedora 28
