Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open https://example.com 2. Open DevTools and go to console 3. Run `document.addEventListener('keydown', console.log)` 4. Focus on the tab page 5. Press Ctrl + ¥ What is the expected behavior? The value of `KeyboardEvent.key` for the keydown event is "¥" What went wrong? The value of `KeyboardEvent.key` for the keydown event is "|" Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version: I'm using JP106 layout keyboard. I attached a screenshot of the wrong KeyboardEvent instance in DevTools console.
