Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10895.10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.21 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10895.10.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Connect external monitor (e.g., HDMI, DisplayPort) 2. Open Up Application (Spotify, Enpass, etc) What is the expected behavior? To be able to see the application. What went wrong? Many android apps are completely unusable when displayed on an external monitor. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.21 Channel: dev OS Version: 10895.10.0 Flash Version: 30.0.0.142 Interestingly, you can drag the app back to the laptop monitor and the app show against just fine.

This is intentional. Apps can mark surfaces as secure, and those are blacked out on external displays without HDCP, as well as in screenshots. We already have a bug to improve UX, so closing this. |
