What is the expected behavior?
To be able to see the application.

What went wrong?
Many android apps are completely unusable when displayed on an external monitor.

This is intentional. Apps can mark surfaces as secure, and those are blacked out on external displays without HDCP, as well as in screenshots. We already have a bug to improve UX, so closing this.
