Issue descriptionThe waterfall remained closed for about an hour until a patch was manually reverted. Here's Findit's failed tryjob: https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.findit/findit_variable/12899 and ere's the error: Failed to fetch file gs://chrome-oculus-sdk/c245697735368aa7a561e68797fa9304140457b2 for src/third_party/libovr/src\OVR_StereoProjection.cpp, skipping. [Err: AccessDeniedException: 403 findit-builder@chops-service-accounts.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not have storage.objects.list access to chrome-oculus-sdk. ]
