I want to have privacy on the web, no intruderd

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10575.58.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.machine was cleaned 
2. new email and password
3. the old software and intruder returned

What is the expected behavior?
 no

What went wrong?
programs could be embedded, operating system was not changed,  intruder uses switching device and mirroring

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10575.58.0
Flash Version:

Can you give more details about what software returned?

This appears to be a chromebook. Did you powerwash it and login with a brand new google account?
