Privacy Error when trying to sign into Capital One bank website

I am not able to sign into CapitalOne bank with Chrome Canary on Mac.
Steps to repro: 
1# Open capitolone.com
2# Click on Sign in at the top-right corner

Privacy Error interstitial is displayed.

Works fine on Chrome Stable channel.

Wrong url in the steps. Correct URL is https://www.capitalone.com/
Chrome version: Google Chrome	70.0.3510.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

Works fine in the same wifi network with Chrome Stable channel and Chrome Canary on IOS.
