What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit https://joshua0.dreamwidth.org/65779.html
(2) Notice text is squished under "A quick summary:" (see screenshot)

This does not occur in Chrome 69.0.3497.24 so it is a regression.

I confirmed this is use-zoom-for-dsf as it does not reproduce with the setting force-disabled. I've seen this on a few sites.

@eirage, I think zoom-for-dsf is interacting poorly with text_autosizer.cc.

This issue looks similar to issue 871124 and got same bisect range Good build: 70.0.3508.0 Bad build : 70.0.3509.0. Hence merging into it.
