Regression:Seek bar and other options are seen misplaced in Camera app when print preview is cancelled |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 70.0.3511.0/10943.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Kip,Celes OS: Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Open Camera app >> Do a sample video recording >>go to Gallery (2)Play it >> click Print >>after preview loaded >>Cancel it and observe Actual: Seek bar and other options are seen misplaced Expected:Seek bar and other options shouldn't get misplaced This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-67 stable Note:Issue is also seen in M-68 beta,M-69 dev Attached the screencast for reference..

C #1 > Yes,the same version of Camera app(5.1.0)is working fine in M-67 stable(67.0.3396.127/10575.65.0)but doesn't work on M68/M69.

Assign to fukino@ for further triaging. fukino@, could you route this to video player UI team? The bug is not reproducible on 67 but happens on 68 with the exact same camera app.

+steimel@ from Blink>Media>Controls I reproduced the issue with ToT Chrome on Kevin. The <video> tag spans as expected (The 1st screenshot), but an 'input' element (the container of controls?) does not span whole area of <video> (the 2nd screenshot). steimel@, could you triage this issue?
