What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit the site

What is the expected result?
1. Visit the site, site is scrollable and can be navigated

What happens instead of that?
Browser crashes after hitting Chrome's timeout

My guess for a solution would be to only change the DOM element that is first to get focus/read, plus any elements to which you could navigate from the element that is currently focussed/read. On this page, I only need to be able to navigate the top buttons anyways (say, to download the raw).
