Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.23 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open site require flash (example VMWare Vcenter 6.x) => Chrome not autorize flash 2. Choice Flash autorised 3. close all chrome instance 4. open chrome in previous website What is the expected behavior? accept flash What went wrong? flash not accepted; set 'request' but very long time Chrome request for flash not work! Tried testing the issue on chrome reported version# 69.0.3493.23 using Windows-7 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version and navigated to URL: https://www.vmware.com/in.html 2) Site didn't requested permission for flash request Observations: Checked the status of flash by navigating through Secure key(left side of omni-box) > site settings > Flash @Reporter: Please find the attached screencast for your reference and provide your feedback on it. If possible could you please provide screencast of the issue which help in further triaging the issue in better way. Thanks!

Hi, As stated in [1], the intended behavior for Flash permissions after 69 is being reset to 'ask' for all websites after you close Chrome. But I couldn't clearly get your other problem "when click to run, this enable flash for all flash in this page and set Flash to enable (must stay on request)", could you please elaborate on this? +ericde@, +laforge@ FYI Re "when click to run, this enable flash for all flash in this page". This has been the case for quite some time now. In older versions of Chrome, you could grant a permission to a single Flash plugin, but today, all permissions are scoped to an origin.
