Hi, Sebastian. These changes looks related to cl https://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/91441, possibly a fix for the earlier regression https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=868776.

Can you check that things look as expected? Feel free to dup this to the other issue, if that seems appropriate.
