the "page unresponsive (exit/wait)" prompt gets focus while you are typing

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. in a tab A, open some page that will at some point become unresponsive 2. in another tab or window B, start posting on Facebook, or writing a blog post, or reporting a bug here 3. wait for the page in A to become unresponsive while you are typing in the other unrelated tab/window B What is the expected behavior? The "page unresponsive" prompt should show up, probably in the foreground to make sure you see it, but it should NOT steal focus from the tab that currently has it. NOTHING should EVER steal keyboard focus. The consequences can be disastrous. What went wrong? the "page unresponsive" prompt steals keyboard focus, so, if you are typing, you are likely to inadvertently hit the spacebar or Enter key and hence select "exit pages" or "wait", possibly the wrong one (and possibly without having even had the time to read what the popup was about in the first place). You can easily create one, and you shouldn't even need to. I understand asking the original reporter for help doing what you could do yourselves (just in case the OR is willing to do that and save you work), but you shouldn't put the issue in Needs-Feedback status for that.
