Clicking anything opens the on-screen keyboard and I can't stop it

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.84 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. click on any text box 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? to not open the on-screen keyboard unless the touch-screen is used, but not when a mouse is used to click What went wrong? clicking on a text box opens the on-screen keyboard even though it shouldnt Did this work before? Yes the version before july 30th or so Chrome version: 68.0.3440.84 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 30.0 r0 its making me think of not using chrome as much as possible because its a pain in the butt to close the menu every time i click something

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10(touch screen) using chrome reported version #68.0.3440.84 and latest canary #70.0.3513.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Opened chrome browser. 2. Clicked on google search box with mouse and observed that text box did not open the on-screen keyboard. reporter@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #70.0.3513.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Also please provide any other sample test file/url to test the issue from TE-end. Thanks...!!
