Issue descriptionChrome Version: 70.0.3512.0 (3512.0) OS Version: OS X 10.14 (Mojave) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Attempt to open Chrome Canary What is the expected result? Chrome stays open longer than a few seconds. What happens instead of that? It doesn't. Crash report attached.

After running the update command, I was able to open Canary and it did not crash.
