Console dark theme broken

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3510.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use the console with dark theme

What is the expected behavior?
Chromium 70 added near-white (#f0f0f0) lines to the console.
Dark theme should have appropriate dark lines.

What went wrong?
Dark theme broken by bright lines.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 70.0.3510.0  Channel: dev

It's fine in Canary here so I guess the dev channel will receive the fix soon.

Thanks foe filing the issue!

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 70.0.3510.0 using Ubuntu 14.04 hence tentatively marking it as Untriaged, as the issue seems to be fixed in latest canary 70.0.3514.0, could you please check the same and let us know if the issue still persists.
