Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. lessen the effects of devtool popups 2. get rid of it 3. What is the expected behavior? to know that devtool won't pop up at random anymore What went wrong? devtool keeps popping up Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: please solve this issue

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 69.0.3469.3 using Windows 10. Attaching screen-cast for reference. Steps: --------- 1. Launched reported chrome 2. Navigated to given URL Dev tools and Unchecked Auto-open DevTools for popups As we are Observed that Devtools not popping up @Reporter: Could you please respond to Comment #1 and try it and Could you please upgrade to latest chrome stable 68.0.3440.106, you can download latest chrome builds here:" https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel ".
