1. Go to chrome://extensions
2. Pick an extension and click the "Remove" button
3.

What is the expected result?
The extension is removed.

What happens instead of that?
Nothing.

I guess this happens because of a flag, but I'm unsure because of which one.

v70 was not the first version where this didn't work anymore, it also happened in v69, v68 and probably earlier.
