A White bar is seen in the System Tray network panel, for proxy configured networks.

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Connect to a WiFi network which connect to Internet only when proxy information is set.

Expected Result:
UI should not see any unexpected UI overlay

Actual Result:
A White bar is seen in the bottom network panel. (Check screenshot) 

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)
Always.

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
None.

The description says 70, is this occurring in 69 also?

Ah, this is a bug in the new system tray UI.

Based on the image, this should probably have been a P2 or P1 even, but I suspect it has been fixed with a bunch of other system tray issues. ->tetsui@ to verify.
