jmuppala@ - does the known or scanned network list ever appear again? If so, what are the steps to get it to show up again? Also, does this affect uber tray for scanned network list as well?

I am leaning towards making this a dev blocker if there is no workaround to select a different network.

@Harpreet, No. the known networks and scanned networks do not appear again. It shows up only the first time the connected wifi network is clicked on uber tray.

It allows me to a select a different network from uber tray but same issue for that as well. The known networks and scanned networks are not listed.

This is tagged for RBB and RBD.  Have we been able to bisect in M70 to see if it's already pushed?  If so let's go with the RBB.

I'm shifting this back to RBB as I suspect a restart will resolve.  The bug summary still seems off if this is a UI issue limited to Wifi selection.

Seeing this in 11021.4.0,  70.0.3538.0 as well.
Unfortunately, a restart does not resolve the issue.

chrome://settings/network displays the connected network, when clicked on it, it should show Wifi toggle is ON and list of known networks and all the networks in range. Now both of these are missing.

Please see attached pictures. 

Reboot does not fix the issue but refreshing the page fixes it. Tested on Nocturne R70-11021.4.0

As, there is no refresh button when the network page is accessed from the uber tray, pressing the refresh button on keyboard fixes it.

Note: This is not a typical navigation, and refreshing or closing/opening the Settings UI and navigating directly to the page works fine. Changing to RBS.

Actually, this can also be reproduced by the simpler repro described in  issue 879534 . The fix however is imminent. 

 Issue 879534  has been merged into this issue.
