Amazon prime video is not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to www.amaazon.com and sign in with account
(2)Go to prime video and select a movie to play
(3)Observed the issue, unable to play and it will display as a "infinite spinning

What is the expected result?
prime video should start to play

What happens instead?
unable to play and it will display as a "infinite spinning

Not just Eve, seeing the issue with Scarlet as well.

Bad cert issue? The video is hosted on an Amazon site with a cert that is being explicitly blocked in version 70 of Chrome.
