Actually, I'm unsure when this "Can't open this page" is shown. The actual aw snap page says "Aw snap". +tedchoc, do you know?

To add more info, on the forum some users reporting it and one site to reproduce it that they point out is nu.nl (I couldn't reproduce it tough)

Repro on nu.nl is actually a lot more frequent than the other repro I had, which is good. You need a device with snapdragon 820/821 to reproduce this.

We show "Can't open this page" if we get two sad tab requests for the same page w/o a successful load in between.

Looks like the "Can't open this page" is shown if the same page crashes multiple times. It will just stop offering the reload button to the user.
