Browser crash: sysfs_write

Google Chrome	70.0.3505.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

Platform	10926.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve-arcnext

Repro scenario:
1. Installed eve-arcnext image
2. Created new user account with ARC++ enabled
3. Opened Playstore app and closed device lid
4. Opened device lid and observed black screen for few seconds and then login screen was displayed
5. Observed a bunch of crashes recorded in chrome://crashes after login to the user account

Summary: Browser crash: sysfs_write (was: [Eve-arcnext] Browser crash observed on suspend/resume of device. Magic signature: sysfs_write)
Repro'd this crash multiple times during regular testing with no specific repro scenario.

Observed this crash on M70 (10926.0.0, 70.0.3505.0) dev channel eve device having ARC N as well.
