Chrome Version: 70.0.3510.2 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
OS: Win10
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Remote desktop to a machine A with regular DPI from a hi-dpi machine (e.g. laptop with 150% DPI).
(2) Log out of remote desktop session with A
(3) Log in to physical machine A
What is the expected result?
Windows look the same on A as they did before the remote desktop session
What happens instead?
All windows have black edges (see SS)
Note: Win10 also has messed up DPI right now (see size of the scrollbars in SS... maybe related)
