UI elements in Android app not showing in ChromeOS 67

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10575.58.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10575.58.0 (Official Build) stable-channel reef-unibuild (reef pyro snappy sand electro basking alan bigdaddy)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run Android app exported from Unity (2017.2.1f1). Buttons, text fields and other UI elements do not show in ChromeOS 67.
2. Notice that on ChromeOS 66 the buttons show 
3. Notice that on ChromeOS 67 the buttons do not show

What is the expected behavior?
All UI elements should should be visible

What went wrong?
UI elements like buttons do not show up in ChromeOS 67.

Did this work before? Yes ChromeOS 66.x

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10575.58.0
Flash Version: 

Tested on Samsung Chromebook Plus and Asus Chromebook C213N, both on ChromeOS 67. Oddly the Asus works as seen in the screenshot but the Samsung one does not.

To reproduce the issue;

0. Find a Samsung Chromebook Plus.
1. Download "SAM Space" or "HASBRO Risk" from the Google Play Store.
2. Run the app.
3. Observe that the menu is not being rendered as expected.
