Regression: https bank page is not secure

Chrome Version: Canary 70.0.3511.0
OS: macOS 10.13.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) visit the bank page: https://www.sparkasse-koelnbonn.de/de/home.html


What is the expected result?
Page should open.


What happens instead?
Page doesn't open. Shows the not secure label.


This seems to be a recent regression.

Chrome 70 removes trust in all legacy Symantec certificates. (Mozilla and Apple will also be doing this soon.)
