Chrome install does not report size in Windows Programs and Features

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Clean install of Chrome on Windows 8.1 64-bit
2. Open Control Panel -> Programs and Features
Observe the entry for Google Chrome

What is the expected behavior?
Shows install size of Chrome

What went wrong?
Size is not shown for Chrome

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.84  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: 

I think it used to show the size

Looks like we could write an EstimatedSize value into the Uninstall registry key to tell the Programs and Features control panel how big the installation is.

When Chrome is installed via the MSI, Windows Installer writes a value there, but it's not really correct.
