Steps to reproduce:
# Launch JAWS
# Navigate to chrome://flags 
# Press 'b' for button or 'c' for combobox
Expected: moves to next button or combobox
Actual: nothing happens

This does not reproduce on other pages such as crbug.com
Does not reproduce with NVDA
