Steps to repro:
# With NVDA or JAWS on, visit Chrome://apps
# Notice that all apps are displayed
# Check the toolbar and chrome menu for another way to access apps

Expected: Apps are very useful and not every app adds itself to the toolbar or Chrome menu.
There should be a menu option or toolbar option to access all apps other than entering 'chrome://apps' manually

Actual: I couldn't find a way.
