Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10895.10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.21 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10895.10.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. update to latest dev-channel 2. attempt to connect to known secured wifi networks PSK (WPA / RSN) 3. get prompt for password 4. "Error configuring network" the same occurs for any new secured network connection attempt What is the expected behavior? accept password and attempt to connect to the network What went wrong? the network connection is not established Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.21 Channel: dev OS Version: 10895.10.0 Flash Version: 30.0.0.142

FYI I had to revert to stable, so unfortunately I cannot further report on fix in recent patches.
