tools/android: Show the footprint of third-party Java code loaded by Chrome.

For instance:
$ tools/android/native_lib_memory/java_code_pages_pss.py
    --chrome-package com.android.chrome
    --app-package com.google.android.gms --verbose

to get GMSCore memory footprint inside Chrome.
