Play store is not available in Quawks and Squawks devices

Chrome Version: 70.0.3508.3/10933.0.0 dev-channel Quawks and Squawks
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build -> Sign into User -> Search for "Play Store" and observe 
Play store is not available in Quawks and Squawks devices

Note : 
1)From M-62 build Play store is not enabled in Quawks and Squawks devices
2)Play store is available in Jerry,Paine and Mighty devices as these are now New ARC devices
3)In Minnie,Samus and Cyan Play store is available from M-55

I don't think this is a bug. Rambi boards don't support ARC
