Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.84 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. html code
<table>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td>1</td>
<td><pre>222</pre></td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
2.Use the mouse to drag and copy 222 (be sure to drag and copy)
What is the expected behavior?
The result of the copy is 222
What went wrong?
The result of the copy is 2222

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.13.3 using chrome reported version #68.0.3440.84 and latest canary #70.0.3515.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Opened the html file as provided in comment #0. 2. Used the mouse to drag and copy 222. 3. Observed that 222 resulted in console. Reporter@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #70.0.3515.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Thanks...!!

Mark WontFix since I could reproduce on M68 (stable) but not on M70 (canary). If you can reproduce on M70 or later, please reopen this issue. Thanks! |
