yellow color incorrectly rendered

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://www.google.com/

What is the expected behavior?
Google icon shouldn't have a green line around "o".

What went wrong?
Google icon has a green line around "o". See attached images comparing how it is rendered in the same machine using Chrome 68 (incorrect) and Firefox 61 (correct).

Did this work before? Yes 67

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.75  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 18.04

Duplicate of  bug 867813  fixed in Chrome 69 (about a month until it becomes stable).
