Dialog accept/reject buttons contrast too low |

Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome 70.0.3510.2 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: Clang-64) All dialogs have contrast ratios too low when comparing the outlines of the buttons with the background. Two examples attached here in screenshots. Foreground:#B1B1B1 Background:#FFFFFF The contrast ratio is: 2.1:1 Copying lpalmaro@ since this is so widespread across Chrome in the new UI.
