shockwave flash isnt responding

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 68.0.3440.84 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: 68_84_win)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: --
    Firefox: fail
       Edge: fail

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) I open up cruncyroll.com
(2) I run the video
(3) It stops half way with a pop up that says "shockwave flash isnt responding"
(4) I go to chrome://plugin in hopes of fixing my flash (I read online that the problem might be that i have 2 downloaded) but that page cannot be accessed.

What is the expected result?
The expected result when I run a video, it works. If something doesnt work, I should be able to troubleshoot.

What happens instead?
My videos freeze and I am not able to troubleshoot

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tried testing the issue on reported chrome version #68.0.3440.84 using Mac OS 10.13.5,Ubuntu 17.10 and Windows 10 by following the below steps.

Steps:
====
1.Launched chrome.
2.Opened up cruncyroll.com
3.Played a video https://www.firstpost.com/shows/social-media-star/abhishek-bachchan-varun-grover-reveal-how-they-handle-selfies-trolls-and-broccoli-4752301.html which was 15 minutes long but unable to observe a pop up as "shockwave flash isnt responding"

@reporter : Could you please retry this issue with fresh profile without any extensions/apps or reset all the flags and let us know if issue still persists.
