Tests are not getting scheduled on chromeos1-row1-rack8-host2.

The host has no "board" or "model" labels, among other things.

How was it recreated?
I don't see this host in cautotest FE but it does show up with atest query and not it does show board and model labels.

I just forced a repair task on the DUT; that updated the labels.

It should be able to run tests now.
