Chrome installer: loading bar too low contrast

Google Chrome	69.0.3497.23 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) (cohort: Dev)

During installation there are two loading bars, one during download and one during installation. Both are too low of contrast with the background. Please see screenshots. 

Download screen:
Foreground:#DFDFDF
Background:#FBFBFB

The contrast ratio is: 1.3:1

Installer screen:
Foreground:#E6E6E6
Background:#FBFBFB

The contrast ratio is: 1.2:1
