Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3509.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Access Capital One 360 or Paypal Login pages 2. Receive Privacy Error 3. What is the expected behavior? I should be able to log in to my banking sites. I can do it on the "regular' Chrome browser and Firefox What went wrong? These banking sites are definitely https sites but I get the following message and have been getting it for days: Your connection is not private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.paypal.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Privacy policy www.paypal.com normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tried to connect to www.paypal.com this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be www.paypal.com, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged. You cannot visit www.paypal.com right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later. Did this work before?
