Exit Fullscreen button of video doesn't' work

Chrome Version: 70.0.3510.0 (Official Build) Revision 1a6253886c7f5a78dc4e34f73371d56dd07595b5-refs/branch-heads/3510@{#1} (64-bit)
OS: Mac 10.13.6 (Touch Bar)

Test URL: https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/picture-in-picture/

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to above mentioned test url.
2. Press Fullscreen icon of the video.
3. Now try to Exit Fullscreen and observe.

Actual Result: Exit Fullscreen button of video doesn't' work.
Expected Result: Exit Fullscreen button of video doesn't' should work.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from ‘M-61’ series.

Note:
1) Issue is also seen on M-68 Stable (build #68.0.3440.84), M-68 Beta (build #68.0.3440.75) & M-69 Dev (build #69.0.3497.23).
2) Issue is not seen on Win (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Linux (14.04 LTS) and Mac (10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.14) OS.

NOTE: "ESC" button in Touch Bar also doesn't work on pressing.

This works for me on latest Canary [3515]. I tried on two different 10.13.6 devices [one desktop, one MBP with touchbar].

Update:

Rechecked the above issue on latest canary version 70.0.3515.0 on Mac 10.13.6 OS and the issue is Not reproducible. It seems that issue got auto-fixed.
