Google Sheet doesn't work on Chrome (Write mode)

Reported by micaelge...@gmail.com, Aug 2

Issue description

Chrome Version: Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Chrome OS Version: Linux 4.15.0.29-generic
Chrome OS Platform: Dell Inspiron
Network info: -

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Open any Google sheet at Chrome
(2) Open any Google sheet at FireFox

Expected Result:
I have write's permission in google sheet but it opens in view mode on Chrome. If I open it in Firefox every thing works and then i can edit it.

Actual Result:
I want to edit my google sheet on Chrome. But i receive the message "Tentando conectar. Para editar off-line, ative a sincronização off-line ao se reconectar." (It is in PT-BR)

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?) Always

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it? I can't edit a google sheet on Chrome but in FireFox it works.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.
