width with calc(100%) on SvgRectangleElement is not retriggered on resize of parent

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.12 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load HTML width svg rectangle which has width defined as css code    width:calc(100%)
2. Change container size

What is the expected behavior?
Rectangle should update its width

What went wrong?
Width of the rectangle is not updated. 
Deactivating and reactivating the style in devTools fixes the problem.

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.12  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

Gecko and trident does not support width definition via css.

Observed since at least 244d1ffb6004a6c2dc566c5536d472f9fc3242b0 landed in Chrome 43 as r321074.

This seems like a style invalidation problem.

But it is within the SVG. The change in size in not making it down to calc in the interior of the SVG.
