What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build>> Click on ubertray and start tabbing and observe focus is not traversing to Accessibility and keyboard drop downs

Actual: While tabbing focus is not traversing to Accessibility and keyboard drop downs
Expected: Focus should traverse to Accessibility and keyboard drop downs

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 70.0.3502.0/10914.0.0 Dev
