1. Description:
[GMS][6291823]No video is displayed when watching the H.265 720p Video Streaming with browser

2. Reproducible Steps:
Connect network　--> Open Chrome to goto http://shr-ustx01.metrico-chromatic.com/content/-->Select HEVC_720p_30fps_new.mp4 link and stream the video/audio to the device -->Watch the video to its end -> KO (Only audio is heared, no video is displayed)

3. Reproducibility Rate:
100%

Tested this issue on Android and able to reproduce this issue.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched chrome, navigated to  http://shr-ustx01.metrico-chromatic.com/content/ , selected HEVC_720p_30fps_new.mp4
2. Clicked on play button, able to hear audio but no video is seen.

Chrome versions tested:
60.0.3072.0, 68.0.3440.70 ; 70.0.3509.0(canary)

OS:
Android 7

Android Devices:
Pixel 2 

This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen from M-60 builds. Leaving the issue as Untriaged  for further input's on this issue.

Marking this as WontFix because Chrome does not support HEVC today.
