OS: Windows (10).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, navigate to www.fb.com and select 'Create shortcut..' option from wrench menu list.
2. Click on Create button on 'Create shortcut' dialog box and then navigate to chrome://apps page.
3. Open Facebook page into new window and hit "Ctrl + F" key to open 'Find' text-box.
4. Now completely resize the browser towards LHS and then restore it to the same position and observe.
 
Actual: Grey focus highlight on 'Find' icon seems to be distorted and looks weird.
Expected: Grey focus highlight on 'Find' icon should seen properly.

This is a Win-10 specific non-regression issue, seen from 'M-70' series as this feature is introduces from build #70.0.3405.0

Note: This issue is not seen on other Windows(7,8,8.1), Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.14,10.13.6) and Linux(14.04 LTs) OS.
