Issue descriptionChrome Version:70.0.3510.0 (Official Build) Revision 1a6253886c7f5a78dc4e34f73371d56dd07595b5-refs/branch-heads/3510@{#1}(64-bit) OS:Windows(7,8,8.1,10) Pre-Condiiton: Enable 'Enable the OneGoogleBar on the local NTP' and 'New Tab Page Background Selection' flag from chrome://flags and relaunch the browser. Steps to reproduce: 1.Launch chrome and Navigate to NTP. 2.Click on Close('x') button present on thumbnails. 3.Observe Text Message that appears on deleting thumbnails. Actual Result: Text Message('Shortcut removed UNDO Restore all') Overlaps on thumbnails when thumbnails are deleted. Expected Result:Text Message('Shortcut removed UNDO Restore all') should come at bottom of thumbnails when thumbnails are deleted. This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-69': (Unable to provide bisect using per-revision since getting error while bisecting and in narrow bisect issue is not reproducible on chromium builds , hence providing bisect manually) Good Build:69.0.3493.0(Revision:575195) Bad Build: 69.0.3494.0(Revision:575513) Suspect: r575282 ? @kristipark : Could you please check whether this is caused with respect to your change, if not please help us in assigning it to the right owner. Note: Kindly refer the attached screen-cast Thank You.

Reducing priority since this bug only occurs if you have one (instead of all bundled flags) for the new NTP features enabled, which won't occur to users who don't manually experiment with flags. We will not merge it backwards.

Remote NTP handles the flags a bit differently, so nothing needs to be done there. |
