Install kiosk app as described in issue 740223 .
When virtual keyboard is active, page allows overscrolling down below bottom of page and then has some poor handling when scrolling back. See attached video.
Detailed instructions (repeat of instructions in issue 740223 ):
Works best with touch chromebook, however it may possibly be emulated with chromeos on linux using --enable-virtual-keyboard flag.
1/ Add kiosk app to chromebook: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/kiosk/afhcomalholahplbjhnmahkoekoijban?hl=en
2/ Configure it to use site: https://jsfiddle.net/9cbdhg0m/2/
When the app starts, it shows a setup page where you set the site and also username and password. Set username and password to anything you like. I expect that you should then be able to close the app and when you open it next, it shows the site you configured in kiosk mode. I had to kill the app by finding background page in task manager and killing it there before the app would stop showing the config screen.
3/ Open kiosk app which should show jsfiddle site in fullscreen.
4/ Touch into the text area. This brings up virtual keyboard.
5/ Scroll up and down. Strange things happen as per video.
