User experience in chrome browser on dev tools

I found a minor bug on developer option panel, in this panel, when I click on option button (3 vertical dots) there is a dropdown in that there is a menu called more tools, when I hover on that menu, the sub menu open, now the bug is:

When I click on down or up arrow of sub menu the whole option panel got disappear, It works on mouse scroll but its got disappear on the click of up or down arrow. See the attached screen for reference
